What Is BeActivated?
BeActivated neuromuscular therapy is a system developed by Douglas Heel, a trained physiotherapist from South Africa who dared to ask the question, ‘What if everything you know to be true is wrong?’
With the stress of everyday life, your body will adopt compensations that can leave you open to pain, dysfunction and injury.
The BeActivated system tests what your body is doing now and then activates, so your muscles and structures can return to their correct patterns and do their job properly.
In doing so we reset the nervous system bringing the body and mind together.
